Returns & Hygiene Policy
Due to the personal nature of our products, BY RICEL does not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened soap bars. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition that you received them.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
