All BY RICEL soaps are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship via USPS Ground Advantage, Priority mail/UPS. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, BY RICEL is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

SPECIAL CARE UPON ARRIVAL (IMPORTANT)
Because our artisanal soaps are made with natural fats and oils, they can be sensitive to extreme temperatures during transit.

- Rest Your Soap: Upon arrival, we recommend removing your bars from all shipping packaging immediately.
- Acclimatization: Let your soap sit in a cool, dry place for 24 hours before its first use. This allows the bar to firm up if it has softened during travel, ensuring a longer-lasting bar.
WRONG ADDRESS / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. BY RICEL is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.
